We needed to improve our attic insulation which was 34 years old. I contacted Pro Insulation Contracting to top up the insulation to R60 in the attic. Mike provided a very detailed quote explaining all the work that he was going to do. My communication with Mike was always professional and he expertly answered all of my questions. Flawless service from start to finish. Gary and Chris arrived on time on job date. I have a room above the garage, which is always cold in winter and hot in summer. I explained to Gary that an access to attic for the room above the garage is very difficult and challenging. Turn out to be a piece of cake for Gary to insulate that area. Both Gary and Chris were professional, well organized, efficient and polite. I am very happy with work done by Pro Insulation Contracting. I will recommend this company to family, friends and others who want to insulate their home. Job well done!
Mike and his team did a great job cleaning the old FG insulation in my attic. His team notice the molds and some defects in my attic and right away introduced me to another contractor. I called them in to spray clean the mold and fog the attic, as well as properly seal the damaged areas with new plywood and other special materials. Once the mold was cleaned, sprayed, and dried out, Mike's team returned back after 48 hours giving enough time to dry and refill the attic with new cellulose, plus installing new baffles for air circulation in the attic. Mike and his teams were extremely knowledgeable and professional at the same time, as well as friendly and patient. They listened to my problems and made suggestions without any pressure.Their price was absolutely fair and without any doubts would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Mike and and the rest of his team for their great job done.

I have a single level, semidetached townhouse in Brampton. It's a 1957 house and I am one of those people who do tons of research before doing any project.My house would get cold in winter and very hot in summer. Due to the AC and the heat running constantly, my utilities were more than normal. I did an energy audit and the main reason for the poor indoor temperature was the attic insulation. I hired someone I knew and they broke my ceiling in the living room and ran off without completing the job. After that bad experience , it was very hard for me to trust anybody. I found Mike through a very good reference and the work they did was phenomenal. Not only did they install proper insulation in the attic, but also installed baffles properly. I was up in the attic the whole time while they were doing the job. There was an instant difference in the temperature after the job. The house is at least 4-5 degrees cooler in the past few months. Mike's guys are very professional and they are quick. I hope they continue to provide valued service to people who need attic insulation. I would definitely recommend them for insulation jobs.
I just recently got my basement spray foam and attic insulation blow-in by Pro Insulation, and they were great. very knowledgeable to start with and the workers were very friendly, super cooperative and can be trusted.
